The big restoration 2000-2001

Much rust under the aluminium. Right rear weelhousing .
The whole rear end leaned from interior and sheets
Floors gone. Can it ever be a bus again?
Even thoug its looks bad the frame is in good condition.
This is much worse.
Here was the original bagagedoor
The rear corners are in bad condition.
The wite areas ar from an old rebuilding were I but in 2 fuel tanks.
The crosssheets were changed 13 år ago. No rust! Hardox!
New frameparts comming in place. .
The curve under the window of 20x40 beamsis only half.
A smaller reparation on the right frame end.
Cleened tanks for the airsuspension.
As well as we working I mounted hydrualic level legs.
And a little bigger on the left side.

It got so nice, we take it again!
One part of the LPG installed.
A blacksmith helpt me bend the cornerprofiles.
First plastic laminate then syrofoam before the floor lays.
A lot of profiles.
The rear frameworks ready.
Some sheetmetall in place. behind the walls plastic foam.

And from the rear, Im realy satisfied.
I put gubber around the whole weelhousing as a muddflapp.

the rear lid is all I need to get the rear complete!
The lids on the sides also lacking.
Studie of the right corner, highpolisched aluminium maybe?
